The Doll Studios

Marketplace Structure

The Doll Studios is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each vendor operates their own independent storefront and is solely responsible for their products, policies, and customer transactions.

The Doll Studios does not sell products directly and does not process refunds or returns on behalf of vendors.

Vendor Responsibility

All refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and order-related issues are handled directly by the individual vendor.

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Clearly stating their refund and return policy within each listing or storefront
  • Responding to refund or return requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Complying with applicable consumer protection laws and payment processor requirements

Buyers should carefully review a vendor’s stated policies before completing a purchase.

Platform Role

The Doll Studios:

  • Does not issue refunds
  • Does not accept returned items
  • Does not hold vendor funds
  • Does not mediate refund or return disputes

Payments are processed directly between the buyer and vendor through the vendor’s chosen payment processor, such as PayPal or Stripe. Any disputes or claims must be handled directly with the vendor or through the applicable payment processor.

Digital Products & Video Content

Due to the nature of digital products, including instructional videos and downloadable content:

  • All digital sales are final, unless otherwise stated by the vendor
  • Refunds for digital products are granted solely at the vendor’s discretion

Unauthorized sharing, downloading, recording, or redistribution of digital content is prohibited.

Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Proper packaging of items
  • Providing accurate tracking information
  • Managing shipping insurance and carrier claims

Any issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged shipments must be addressed directly with the vendor.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product descriptions carefully
  • Understanding vendor-specific refund and return policies
  • Contacting the vendor directly with questions or concerns

Policy Review & Enforcement

The Doll Studios reserves the right to review vendor conduct in cases of repeated complaints, policy violations, or abuse. However, the platform does not act as a dispute resolution service.

Agreement

By purchasing through The Doll Studios, buyers acknowledge that refunds and returns are governed by the individual vendor’s policies and that The Doll Studios is not responsible for order resolution.
