The Doll Studios is a curated online marketplace created to connect serious collectors with trusted doll artists and studios. Our focus is on craftsmanship, authenticity, transparency, and ethical selling practices.
This is not an open marketplace.
All vendors are manually reviewed and approved before selling.
Who We Accept
We welcome applications from artists and studios offering high-quality, authentic physical products, including:
- Finished silicone dolls
- Finished vinyl reborn dolls
- OOAK (one-of-a-kind) dolls
- Blank doll kits (silicone or vinyl, with proper authorization)
- Dollmaking supplies and accessories
- Clothing, props, and related doll items
All vendors must meet the standards outlined in our Vendor Rules, including accurate representation, proper attribution, and ethical selling practices.
How the Application Process Works
- Submit your request to become a vendor using the button below
- Your account will be reviewed manually by The Doll Studios
- Applications are evaluated based on quality, authenticity, presentation, and alignment with marketplace standards
Approval is not automatic and may take several days depending on volume and whether additional information is required.
If further details are needed, we may contact you before a final decision is made.
If Approved
Once approved:
- Your vendor dashboard will be unlocked
- You will gain access to your storefront and selling tools
- You may begin creating listings in accordance with our Vendor Rules
Selling tools and listings are not available prior to approval.
Important Information
- Applying does not guarantee approval
- Factory-made, mass-produced, counterfeit, or recast items are not permitted
- AI-generated product images are prohibited
- Misrepresentation of materials, sculpt origin, or edition status is not allowed
- Vendor approval may be revoked if marketplace standards are violated
The Doll Studios reserves the right to remove listings or terminate vendor access to protect the integrity of the marketplace.
Vendor Tiers & Commission Structure
Approved vendors begin on a standard commission-based tier.
Vendors may also choose to upgrade to an optional Tier 2 membership after approval.
Full details regarding commission rates, responsibilities, and platform rules are provided to approved vendors before any listings go live.
Tier 2 Vendor Membership (Optional – Monthly)
This optional membership tier is designed for approved vendors who want a reduced marketplace commission and access to additional platform opportunities through a monthly subscription.
Tier 2 membership is not required to sell on The Doll Studios and does not guarantee approval or placement.
Tier 2 vendors receive:
- A reduced commission rate of 3% on eligible sales
- Continued access to their storefront and vendor dashboard
- The same curated marketplace standards and review process
- Eligibility for curated features such as Featured Artist placement or future promotional opportunities, at the discretion of The Doll Studios
Vendor approval is required before selling.
Subscription purchase does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or feature placement.
